Patty Campagna is the founder of Leading Teams, an Executive Coach, Bloom Growth OS Coach, and seasoned Team Facilitator known for her engaging style and passion for helping leaders and organizations unlock their potential—bringing more joy, fulfillment, and results to work and life.

As a Bloom Growth Coach, Patty guides leadership teams to gain clarity, move faster, and have more fun while growing their businesses.

Patty’s ability to connect and empathize helps those around her to feel at ease and share openly, fostering both personal and professional growth. Her positive energy and her strategic insights energize others with a vision for the future and motivate individuals and teams to execute their plans to grow and strengthen their business.

Patty has been working exclusively with entrepreneurs and their teams for the past 20+ years, and she has decades of team leadership and management experience, working in both public and private companies as well as the non-profit sector. Her work has taken her to approximately 40 countries working with both entrepreneurs and senior executives from many Fortune 100 companies, thus developing her ability to connect with others and build trust quickly in high profile environments.

Her passion for travel and adventure is shared with her husband, Michael, and their two young children, Brendan and Brooke. Patty is also known by thousands as “Splatty,” the leadership camp counselor, as she has been an active leader in the Illinois Association of Junior High Student Councils (IAJHSC) Summer Leadership Camp for more than 30 years.
